Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. That means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect it upon delivery and contact us right away at navi@bollide.com so we can make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you’d like instead.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
